Erick Herman took a moment recently to talk about some of the questions he presents when a new customer comes in for the first time. He wants to find out if the customer is going to be using his equipment as a residential or commercial user. Then there is a litany of questions from there that will aide him in determining the optimal brand/product for that customer.
