Howard Brothers' Service Department is committed to increasing your productivity by providing quality service in a timely manner. We have professionally trained technicians and knowledgeable, courteous staff present to assist while you are at the store. We offer service and repair at all of our locations for the brands we carry.
We Service and Repair The Brands We Represent
We cannot do warranty work and we have difficulty securing parts for brands we do not carry. The repair of other brands and equipment is completely at the discretion of our location Service Managers.
Replacement Cost & Repair Decisions
In order for us to achieve maximum efficiencies and expedite repairs, our technicians will use the following as a guideline for repairing your equipment. It is our recommendation that any time a repair cost approaches 50% of the cost of a new replacement machine, you as the customer should carefully evaluate your options.
Minimum Shop Charge
This is an Estimate Charge for us to look over and run a diagnostic on your machine.
Note: This is a minimum charge which applies if we check your machine into our shop regardless if the machine is deemed repairable or not.

Do you repair/work on my machine brand?
We only service the brands that we represent and sell. Our technicians are factory trained on the brands we sell and receive yearly educational training to keep them up to date on the latest equipment.

Is there a warranty on labor repair?
Do you offer Pick-Up and Delivery for serviced equipment?
We offer pickup and delivery, but must insist that the owner is available and the equipment easily accessible for our staff to receive.
We have a standard pick-up and delivery charge that will be added to every invoice. The charges are based upon one way distance from store. Milage is calculated from the Howard Brothers Location address using Google Maps.
1-3 Mile Radius = $50.00
3-5 Mile Radius = $60.00
5-7 Mile Radius = $70.00
7+ Mile Radius = $70.00 + $2.00/mile for each additional mile
If equipment is not running, and additional loading is required, a $35.00 charge will be added.
Example: Pick-up and delivery 17 miles from Store Location. $70.00 for 7+ Mile Radius from store + $20.00 for additional 10-mile radius ($2.00 for each additional Mile from store) = $90.00 Total Pick-Up / Delivery Charge

Surcharge: In addition to the above charges, a $0.30 per mile surcharge will be added to all Pick-up / Deliveries. This is a temporary charge associated with rising fuel costs.
