Let’s Gear Up For Spring – Servicing and Gear Up Day

The holidays have wrapped up and those to-do lists have been growing. Which are probably full of projects and things to get before the lawn work starts. Well, the time to start preparing for spring is now!
At Howards, we want to help you get geared up, serviced, and ready to tackle all the jobs a Georgia cutting season throws at you. The best way we know how to help with the prepping and planning is with our annual Gear Up Day!
Gear Up Day will be March 5th – the first Wednesday of March – at all of our locations! It is the time to get geared up for the landscaping season. Call it a Howard Brothers “Black Friday” sale, Gear Up Day has our biggest and best sales of the year on the majority of products for our stores. From major handheld power equipment brands and blades to hardware lawn tools and lawn chemicals, and more. We’ve got what you need to start strong this spring. There will be a bit of everything on sale for everyone.

While you are planning your shopping lists, don’t forget to take care of your machines now. Winter has given some of your fleet machines time to settle and the likelihood they need some TLC is probably high. Those machines are going full-time during the most of the year and having them in the shop for any work can mess up your schedule. The first step to prevent that is by getting your equipment in for their annual tune up. Let’s get your machines ready now so you won’t have as much downtime this spring!
Our mechanics at all locations are professionally trained and certified in repairing our equipment brands and ready to get your equipment back up and running in top-shape. You can either call ahead or visit your closest local Howard Brothers to get your machine into the service center today. That way you’ll be getting a jump start on the check list before the grass and weeds start growing and taking over.
