Traeger Recipe - Simple Traeger Flank Steak Jerky

Flank Steak Jerky on the Traeger is super easy. There are many ways to do it. Grab a box of the Jerky Rub seasoning from Traeger and you're half of the way there.

The jerky we made might not be intended to last real long (though with all our employees and customers, 8lbs of Jerky is gone QUICK!) and you might need to add some of tender quick to crisp it up and keep it longer.
